Fork in the Sky (do not read)

I just wrote this poem to say

As I walked through Vancouver one day

The force that’s connected to me

Suddenly shifted, you see

Electromagnetic Tina’s curse

Her voltage switched to reverse

The shockwave intensely blew

Across the country I flew

So helpless was I

With a tear in my eye

I left forever I think

Just gotta iron out one kink

A lone splinter inside my mind

I’d never forgive human kind

If I’d left my soul mate

To a dreary rainy fate

So Francoeur I beg

Do not pull my leg

Tell me you hate me

You’re glad that I flee

Cause if there’s even a chance

We could do a life dance

I’d feel obligated to go

Back to you so we know

This fate is not so Random

If we come in tandem

But we did not even try

And my fortin asks why

I leave the ball with you

Just tell me what to do

But find someone in whom to confide

Think carefully before you decide
